• Architect and build scalable ML/LLM-powered systems;
• Design ML pipelines, inference, RAG, and retrieval architectures;
• Deploy and operate LLM applications in production;
• Optimize systems for quality, latency, scalability, reliability, and cost;
• Establish MLOps, CI/CD, observability, and monitoring standards;
• Build evaluation frameworks, regression testing, and model monitoring;
• Drive technical strategy and mentor engineers.

• Strong experience in ML Engineering or Software Engineering;
• Proven experience operating production ML/LLM systems at scale;
• Strong Python, SQL, and production software development skills;
• Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, LLMs, RAG, retrieval, and fine-tuning;
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, cloud ML infrastructure, and observability;
• Strong architecture, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills;
• Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction;
• Advanced English proficiency;
• Nice to have: Experience owning ML platforms across multiple teams or products, LLM systems with measurable business impact, large-scale entity resolution or data integration.
