• Apply AI and machine learning engineering;
• Develop generative AI and Large Language Model solutions;
• Build RAG, vector search, embeddings, and knowledge systems;
• Develop AI agents, multi-agent systems, and agentic workflows;
• Work with NLP, deep learning, and applied machine learning;
• Perform data science and predictive modeling;
• Implement MLOps, model serving, evaluation, and monitoring;
• Use Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, and LangGraph;
• Collaborate with U.S.-based client engineering teams within their business hours;
• Build international and U.S. market experience through client engagements;
• Develop long-term professional relationships and collaborate on future client engagements.

• 6+ Years of professional, hands-on engineering experience;
• Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas: AI, ML, GenAI, Data Engineering, or Data Science;
• Excellent English communication skills;
• Comfortable collaborating within U.S. business hours;
• Professional, dependable, responsive, and interested in long-term collaboration;
• Nice to have: Previous experience working through a proxy/embedded engineering engagement model.
