The Hiring Process: Tech Recruiter Interview (30-40min) - Technical background, previous experience, and what you're looking for • Delivery and Impact Interview (60min) - Deep dive into your past projects, impact, and ways of working • Technical Rounds: Work Scenario Round (BE Focus) (75-90min) - Hands-on problem solving (not Leetcode style); collaboration exercise with one of our engineers. AI-assisted coding welcome. • System Design Technical Discussion (60min) - Real architectural problems we've faced in production • Leadership Retrospective (60min) - Examples of collaboration and growth; your future manager or VP of Engineering will outline your role and what's ahead • Final debrief on our side which leads to an offer or the end of the process. The process does not need to take long - we can be done in two weeks time.

- Score learner performance;
- Generate helpful feedback in real time;
- Decide how the AI avatar should respond based on learner actions;
- Work across different products as a product-focused software developer.

- Apply machine learning knowledge to solve real product problems;
- Have at least seven years of software engineering experience, including at least two years at senior level;
- Have experience in a high-performing engineering team operating at scale;
- Show strong alignment with commercial success;
- Demonstrate pragmatism and a bias towards action;
- Be comfortable with fast iteration.
условия
- Remote work is preferred in the UK, Germany, Switzerland or Ireland; remote work from other European locations may be supported subject to compliance and right-to-work checks;
- Base salary starts at EUR/GBP/CHF 120.000 + RSUs;
- 25 Days of leave plus local holidays;
- Full-time employment only; contractors are not possible;
- Employment is through Synthesia entities or EOR (OysterHR).
