Machine learning engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

• Take ownership of the entire machine learning lifecycle, from exploratory data analysis and model development to production pipelines and ongoing evaluation
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams using a rapid prototyping approach to turn data insights into real product decisions
• Build and shape architecture, tooling, and data-driven intelligence as the first machine learning hire in a greenfield setup
• Calibrate models for a growing, heterogeneous customer base and continuously improve model quality over the long term

• Several years of professional experience as a machine learning engineer, data engineer, or applied data scientist with a strong engineering focus
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, alongside experience with major cloud platforms
• A solid statistical foundation and experience with production model deployment and MLOps fundamentals
• A pragmatic, hands-on mindset capable of building new model pipelines from scratch and handling shifting requirements
