• Design, build and maintain backend services using TypeScript and Node.js;
• Develop APIs and integrations supporting customer-facing and internal products;
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making;
• Build scalable, secure and resilient distributed systems;
• Support, improve and extend existing applications and services;
• Work with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies;
• Use AI tools in the day-to-day development workflow;
• Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Around 3–7 years of commercial software engineering experience;
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript and recent AI & coding agents;
• Experience with distributed messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS or similar;
• Experience in event-driven and microservices architecture environments;
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, start-up environment.
