• Lead parts of product development from inception to launch and own large parts of the product and its features;
• Work closely with product and design teams to build customer-focused products iteratively;
• Architect, build, test, and release high-quality features;
• Automate tasks that engineers should not handle manually;
• Integrate AI and LLM-powered capabilities into product features where they solve real user problems;
• Use AI tools actively as a core part of the development workflow.

• Have 7 to 10 years of industry experience in a software engineering role, preferably building a SaaS product, with demonstrable impact on product and/or team;
• Have deep knowledge of a high-level programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Go, or Python;
• Be enthusiastic about AI and actively use AI tools in day-to-day work;
• Have experience integrating AI into a product or system;
• Have experience working with cloud infrastructure on AWS or Google Cloud;
• Have a good understanding of web fundamentals and exposure to one or more frontend stacks;
• Be extremely data-driven and comfortable working on highly complex problems;
• Be willing to learn and adopt new technologies quickly;
• Nice to have: familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt/context engineering, AI-powered feature development, scalable distributed systems.
