задачи
- Support institutional clients with API integration, configuration, and troubleshooting;
- Investigate REST/WebSocket issues involving authentication, order placement, connectivity, and error codes;
- Translate recurring client issues into structured product improvement proposals;
- Maintain and improve API documentation, integration guides, and internal knowledge bases;
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA on new API features and launches.
требования
- Hold a CS/IT degree or equivalent technical background;
- Understand REST API, WebSocket, HTTP, and authentication mechanisms;
- Demonstrate strong root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving skills;
- Have fluent English and communicate technical concepts to mixed audiences;
- Manage multiple client issues in a fast-paced environment;
- Nice to have: experience in crypto exchanges, fintech, or institutional trading support; familiarity with spot/futures trading, order types, and account structures; experience supporting quant teams, market makers, or API traders.
