задачи
- Leverage AI to manage full feature development across backend, web, Android, and iOS;
- Collaborate with product managers to shape goals into effective solutions;
- Design features considering scale, latency, and cost constraints;
- Own quality through automated testing and deployment;
- Monitor production impact post-launch.
требования
- Have 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend expertise;
- Proficiency with AI coding agents and the ability to evaluate their outputs;
- Familiarity with multiple tech stacks and the ability to learn new ones quickly;
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems;
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher;
- Nice to have: Experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, microservices, and high-load systems, background in live-streaming, video platforms, or similar industries, contributions to agentic workflows or custom AI tools.
