low-code developer for a super app

• Design and build backend services using .NET Core 8 and integrate them with other system components;
• Optimize database performance through query optimization and efficient data models in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB;
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to scalable, maintainable architectural improvements;
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve team performance;
• Refactor existing codebases to improve efficiency and readability;
• Write unit and integration tests and maintain high test coverage for backend services;
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and development environments;
• Document technical decisions, systems, and processes for knowledge sharing and future development;
• Participate in production deployments and verify system functionality after releases.

• 7+ Years of experience in backend development, including 5+ years with .NET Core;
• Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful services and gRPC;
• Expertise in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB;
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, asynchronous operations, and distributed systems;
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, including Singleton, Factory, and Strategy;
• Experience with code refactoring techniques and improving code maintainability while preserving functionality;
• Experience with unit, integration, and performance testing;
• Nice to have: diagnosing complex performance issues such as memory leaks using advanced profiling and optimization tools, leading large-scale projects, mentoring junior developers, load testing and performance tuning, contributing creative solutions to technical discussions, familiarity with Miro.
