• Lead ERP development by improving and customizing the ERP system for scalability;
• Mentor and guide the development team by providing technical support and leadership;
• Manage implementation using SCRUM/Kanban frameworks;
• Collaborate with IT leadership and ERP specialists;
• Implement modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control.

• Proven leadership in ERP/CRM development, especially with Microsoft D365 F&O;
• Strong technical expertise in X++, .NET, Power Platform, and software development best practices;
• Ability to collaborate across teams, lead projects, and ensure continuous improvement;
• Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills;
• Passion for driving innovation and improving ERP systems;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: German language skills.
