• Participate in discovery sessions to understand department needs and translate them into frontend solutions;
• Build, document, and maintain reusable UI components following design principles and accessibility standards;
• Write and maintain complex frontend code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript;
• Utilize OutSystems to build, customize, and optimize frontend components;
• Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development and validate output against quality standards;
• Design and execute testing strategies including unit, integration, and acceptance testing;
• Participate in code reviews and resolve frontend issues independently;
• Identify and resolve frontend bugs efficiently;
• Stay current with frontend technologies and OutSystems updates;
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and team retrospectives;
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders;
• Support junior developers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing.

• 3–5 Years of experience in frontend development;
• 1+ Years of experience working on the OutSystems platform;
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript;
• Solid command of at least one frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular;
• Experience in Accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility;
• Understanding of OutSystems development and design systems;
• Ability to use AI-assisted development tools and critically evaluate AI-generated output;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Ability to work autonomously while being a team player;
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Nice to have: OutSystems certifications, experience testing and developing standard OutSystems components, working knowledge of WCAG standards, proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or Figma, experience contributing to or maintaining a design system, familiarity with AI-assisted workflows for frontend development, experience using AI tools for structured code reviews.
