Kotlin/Java engineer for AI orchestration

The company is an early-stage AI-native startup building a system that delegates users’ work tasks and daily routines across multiple services through a mobile app. Its product is built on a distributed orchestration layer, with AI as a foundation.

• Design and build the backend and platform core of the orchestration system
• Keep long-term user context and state correct over time
• Orchestrate tasks across external services and make failures recoverable
• Own entire areas of the system independently
• Give honest feedback on prototypes and product decisions
• Use AI coding agents daily and help define how the team works with them

• 10+ Years of commercial development experience in Java or Kotlin
• Strong backend mindset and experience building platform or infrastructure systems
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and how they behave and fail
• Regular hands-on use of AI tools and coding agents
• Readiness to take full ownership in a startup
• Fluent English
