kotlin developer for customer experience platforms

The client has operated for 15 years and provides innovative IT solutions focused on knowledge management and customer experience optimization. Its flagship product, KMS Lighthouse, is an integrated Customer Experience tool that supports customer communication, improves service quality, reduces operational costs, and integrates with social media, email, CRM, chatbots, product catalogs, surveys, and agent e-learning modules.

• Build and develop features for mobile applications used by real users;
• Develop shared business logic for mobile platforms, mainly with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP);
• Create backend services and APIs using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot;
• Work with cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production environments;
• Optimize performance, reliability, security, and user experience;
• Use AI tools to support development, testing, documentation, and problem analysis;
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams;
• Co-create engineering best practices and mentor other developers;
• Own feature delivery from design through production deployment.

• Extensive experience developing mobile applications;
• Good knowledge of iOS and Android application architecture and key components;
• Very good knowledge of Kotlin and modern mobile architecture patterns;
• Experience developing production applications with a focus on quality, performance, and maintainability;
• Backend experience with Java and Spring Boot;
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems;
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and production environments;
• Ability to independently lead features from design to production;
• Very good communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple teams;
• Experience with cross-platform development;
• Nice to have: Kotlin Multiplatform experience, strong experience with other cross-platform technologies, very good teamwork skills, ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, proactive problem-solving approach, systems thinking, complex problem analysis.
