• Own end-to-end development and architecture of Android applications from design to production;
• Build scalable and maintainable architecture using Clean Architecture and multi-module approach;
• Actively participate in technical decision-making by collaborating with product and design teams;
• Formulate and optimize API contracts through close cooperation with the back-end team;
• Ensure code review, mentoring, and the implementation of best practices;
• Analyze performance issues and apply optimization solutions regarding memory, threading, and network;
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and improve build and deployment pipelines;
• Establish a test strategy and ensure the quality of unit, UI, and integration tests;
• Research new technologies and apply them appropriately to the product.

• Have a minimum of 5+ years of Android development experience;
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Kotlin with Java knowledge as a bonus;
• Possess a strong understanding of Android SDK, lifecycle, and various device and OS versions;
• Bring practical experience in Clean Architecture, MVVM/MVI, and modularization;
• Work with asynchronous programming using Coroutines and Flow;
• Apply Dependency Injection tools such as Hilt and Dagger;
• Handle REST API integration and network layer design covering error handling, retry, and caching;
• Develop UI using Jetpack Compose and the View system;
• Perform testing with unit test, UI test, and test coverage approaches;
• Use CI/CD tools like GitLab CI;
• Work with Git at an advanced level including branching strategies and code reviews;
• Operate within an Agile and Scrum environment;
• Analyze problems and translate business requirements into technical solutions;
• Nice to have: Firebase Cloud Messaging and real-time systems experience, performance tuning and profiling tools, security best practices in data protection and secure storage, experience working on applications with a large user base, mentoring and team leadership experience.
