Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Java-based applications
Lead the development of backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks
Participate in system architecture design and technical decision-making
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes

5+ years of professional experience in Java development
Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
