Embedded software & AI engineer for video surveillance

We are developing an intelligent video surveillance gateway based on NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX, designed to integrate multiple IP cameras and PTZ systems from different manufacturers. The system will receive and retransmit video streams, provide a unified ONVIF interface, and perform real-time AI-based object detection, classification, and tracking. We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to develop and maintain the complete software platform, from video streaming and camera control to AI processing and system monitoring.

• Develop and optimize multi-camera RTSP streaming and video processing applications.
• Implement ONVIF services for camera integration, video streaming, and PTZ control.
• Develop AI algorithms for object detection, classification, tracking, and intelligent monitoring.
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy deep learning models on NVIDIA Jetson.
• Implement automatic PTZ target tracking and camera control.
• Develop reliable TCP/IP communication between cameras, devices, and external systems.
• Build system monitoring, diagnostics, automatic recovery, and remote update functionality.
• Design modular, maintainable software for continuous 24/7 operation.

• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
• Experience developing applications on Linux/embedded Linux.
• Practical knowledge of RTSP, RTP, ONVIF, TCP/IP, and UDP.
• Experience with GStreamer, FFmpeg, and OpenCV.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and object detection models such as YOLO.
• Understanding of object tracking algorithms and AI model training.
• Experience with NVIDIA Jetson, CUDA, and TensorRT.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and software architecture skills.
• An independent engineer with strong embedded software development skills and hands-on experience in video streaming, networking, and computer vision, capable of taking ownership of the product's complete software architecture and implementation.
