• Implement innovative and challenging solutions in coordination with internal users and business analysts;
• Further develop BeFrank’s customer portals and pension administration system to improve services;
• Identify technical and functional improvements;
• Take ownership of and maintain delivered work;
• Develop, monitor, and maintain integrations across internal and external environments through APIs;
• Manage the entire development process, from refining requirements to testing and delivering software;
• Participate in Hackathons four times a year, Tech Tuesday, and the Software Guild.

• HBO or WO working and thinking level;
• At least 3 years of experience as a full stack Java Developer;
• Fluent spoken and written Dutch;
• Full stack development experience;
• Awareness of secure coding practices;
• Familiarity with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes cloud infrastructure;
• Experience working in DevOps teams and with Scrum;
• Ability to translate BeFrank’s vision into technology;
• Personal drive for further development and willingness to take ownership at the right moments;
• Knowledge of most of the following languages, tools, and frameworks: Java 17/21, JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers, Cucumber, Jasmine, Playwright, JPA (Hibernate), MSSQL, REST APIs, Microservices, Kafka, Spring Boot, ArgoCD, Helm, Kubernetes, Angular 16+, HTML5/CSS3.

• The role can also be performed for 32 or 36 hours per week;
