• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, including defining requirements, designing, coding, debugging, and maintaining production;
• Write clean, performant code for functional applications and build reusable code and libraries;
• Deploy and take ownership of production environments;
• Define technical design policies for multiple projects;
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues in production and external customer-facing environments;
• Analyze, examine, develop, implement, and maintain software application systems;
• Fix bugs.

• 5+ Years of experience developing complex applications with a modern programming language;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science;
• Experience designing and developing applications using the Spring Framework and Java EE platforms;
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms;
• Excellent knowledge of SQL databases, including Oracle, MsSQL, and PostgreSQL;
• Excellent knowledge of NoSQL databases, including Redis and MongoDB;
• Experience with ORM technologies, including JPA2 and Hibernate;
• Experience with JBoss/Tomcat application servers;
• Experience developing web applications using GWT and Spring MVC;
• Experience with test-driven development;
• Familiarity with MVC, JDBC, and RESTful services;
• Proficient understanding of SVN and Git;
• Familiarity with Maven;
• Strong experience working with XML/XSL and JSON.
