• Create, implement, and test software using modern technologies;
• Add new functionalities;
• Troubleshoot software problems;
• Prepare technical documentation;
• Ensure code quality and adherence to programming standards;
• Collaborate with team members to analyze and understand problems;
• Propose new optimization options and system changes.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial Java programming experience;
• Practical knowledge of Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and Hibernate/JPA;
• Experience with microservices architecture and tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka;
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB;
• Experience in developing and integrating web APIs (REST, GraphQL);
• Ability to apply engineering practices including SOLID, unit testing (JUnit), code review, and clean code;
• Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork;
• Fluent oral and written English;
• Nice to have: Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP), knowledge of frontend technologies (Angular, React).
