• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java applications;
• Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery;
• Mentor and guide junior developers;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features;
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs;
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in Java development;
• Strong hands-on experience with Java (recent versions);
• Expert in Java-core including concurrency, performance tuning, and Spring framework;
• Proficient Linux user;
• Experience with unit testing and continuous integration/delivery processes;
• Experience with version control systems such as Git;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
• Familiarity with cloud computing and cloud deployment;
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members;
• Advanced level of English, both written and oral;
• Portfolio showcasing relevant Java development projects (e.g. GitHub page);
• Nice to have: Understanding of design and architecture principles, common data structures and algorithms complexity.
