• Manage one or more application development teams to achieve project goals and ensure high-quality deliverables;
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate project progress, and promote team achievements;
• Provide technical oversight across multiple systems and review proposed solutions;
• Analyze and implement solutions for technical issues and support incident management;
• Contribute to the strategic development of applications;
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes and evaluate technical options;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards;
• Manage budgets and allocate resources;
• Provide day-to-day team leadership;
• Shape the technical future of products, define standards, and ensure risk management practices are followed.

• Proven track record in commercial Java development with extensive experience supporting mission-critical applications;
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, middleware, and database technologies;
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience in project management and team supervision;
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of FX markets and pricing lifecycle, familiarity with banking regulatory frameworks, master's degree.
