• Architect and develop applications using modern frameworks and cloud platforms;
• Define technological choices and best practices to ensure secure and maintainable code;
• Conduct code reviews and oversee CI/CD processes;
• Deliver high-quality, scalable issuing payment solutions;
• Promote team skills development through training, knowledge sharing, and technical mentorship;
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on feature development and system improvements;
• Optimize application performance, security, and cloud cost efficiency.

• Degree in scientific fields;
• 5+ Years of experience in IT and the payments industry;
• Strong knowledge of the payment market, including credit card schemes (VISA, Mastercard) and credit card lifecycle;
• Expertise in requirement engineering, solution design, and analytical approach;
• Technical proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Kubernetes, REST, MySQL, and PostgreSQL;
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI;
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and motivate teams in international environments;
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, innovation focus, and leadership talent;
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1);
• Nice to have: Scrum experience, knowledge of French, German, or Italian.
