Java engineer in cloud-native platforms

As a Mid Java Engineer, you will contribute to building and evolving the core platform components that power applications across our clients' ecosystems.

• Contributing to the development of reusable components and modules that serve as the foundation for other applications - enabling seamless integration across platforms.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new applications, helping automate tasks and ensure smooth integration experiences.
• Participating in continuous platform development, working within defined architectural patterns and gradually expanding your scope.
• Collaborating with Senior Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business and product objectives.
• Following and contributing to engineering best practices - clean code, version control, testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• Proactively identifying improvements within your scope and sharing ideas with the wider team.

• 3+ years of experience as a Java Developer in a commercial environment.
• Solid proficiency in Java and Spring Boot - comfortable delivering production-grade backend features.
• Familiarity with database systems - relational and/or NoSQL.
• Understanding of network protocols and basic distributed systems concepts.
• Proficiency in Linux command line operations and Git for version control.
• Hands-on experience with Docker containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Willingness to work closely with Senior Engineers, learn from feedback, and take on increasing responsibility over time.
• Fluent English communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
