Java developer server-side applications

• Develop and maintain server-side applications and core platform components.
• Design and implement new features and enhancements for business-critical systems.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
• Ensure applications meet high standards of quality, security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, high-performance, and testable code following software engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support application releases, maintenance activities, and production deployments.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Provide advanced production support and troubleshoot complex technical issues when required.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience working in fast-paced, business-critical environments.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience with application modernization, migration, or refactoring initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Java 17+.
• Extensive experience developing server-side applications.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
• Proven ability to develop scalable, high-performance, maintainable, and testable applications.
• Experience designing and implementing distributed systems and system integrations.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
