• Mentor members of international Agile Scrum teams and share knowledge and experience;
• Contribute to the entire development process, from requirements gathering through implementation and application release;
• Participate in expert groups and help shape the evolution of software architecture;
• Drive ideas forward through strong communication, team spirit, commitment, and a solution-oriented mindset;
• Participate in code reviews to share knowledge and continuously improve overall quality.

• Solid knowledge of Java, ideally with experience using Spring frameworks;
• Passion for analyzing, modernizing, and further developing existing applications;
• Very good knowledge of software design patterns;
• Experience participating in review processes;
• Knowledge of security best practices;
• Strong experience building scalable distributed applications and microservice architectures;
• Experience working with cloud platforms;
• Experience using AI-supported tools in software development;
• Very good written and spoken English skills;
• Motivation and interest in sharing knowledge with others.
