Andersen develops software solutions for businesses across industries. The project focuses on scalable telecommunications products for mobile, fixed-line, broadband, and TV services, improving digital experiences and connectivity for individual and business customers.

• Support the development team with daily development tasks and assigned tickets;
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in a timely manner;
• Develop, customize, and maintain software applications and internal systems;
• Assist with bug fixes, enhancements, and new feature implementations;
• Collaborate with team members to analyze business and technical requirements;
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices;
• Monitor and maintain software applications to ensure stability and performance;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing CRM systems and internal tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• 1+ Years of hands-on software development experience;
• Strong knowledge of Java;
• Experience with MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server databases;
• Experience using Jira for task management;
• Familiarity with Git, GitLab, and GitLab CI;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support fellow developers;
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above;
• Native Greek;
• Nice to have: knowledge of React, experience with Continuous Delivery (CD), experience with Docker containers, knowledge of Visual Basic or PHP, familiarity with Kubernetes.
