• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, consulting, program leadership, or client engagement roles.
• Strong experience in Banking and Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
• Proven stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong techno-functional background with the ability to bridge business and technology discussions.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, and Python.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services, enterprise architectures, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI, intelligent automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to quickly learn and build expertise in new business domains and technologies.
