• Develop Java applications using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, ORM technologies, SQL and NoSQL databases, RabbitMQ, and Kafka;
• Mentor colleagues and conduct code reviews.

• Understand operating system architecture and its interaction with the JVM;
• Have deep knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming principles;
• Understand network interaction, including OSI, stateless and stateful protocols, HTTP, and TCP;
• Have strong knowledge and experience with Spring;
• Have confident knowledge of SQL databases, including ACID properties and transaction isolation levels;
• Be confident with a version control system, preferably Git;
• Have experience with Docker;
• Be willing and able to write high-quality unit tests;
• Have experience with static analyzers such as SonarQube;
• Be responsible and able to work in a team;
• Nice to have: NoSQL experience, independent experience setting up microservices architecture in a new project, experience with Testcontainers.
