• Design and develop backend services in Java;
• Improve performance, reliability, and scalability;
• Investigate production issues and deliver long-term solutions;
• Work with large data volumes in distributed systems;
• Collaborate closely with other engineers in the team.

• Experience building and running production systems;
• Comfortable working independently on complex problems;
• Strong experience with Java in backend development;
• Experience with distributed or cloud-based systems;
• Good analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving;
• Experience working in agile development teams;
• Clear and practical communication skills;
• Nice to have: Experience with or interest in Spring Boot, Kafka or other messaging systems, Docker and Kubernetes, monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Python, TypeScript, Angular, Spark, Elasticsearch, or StarRocks.

• 120-175 PLN netto/h +VAT;
• Hybrid work: 2-3 days per week in the office.
