java developer in cash management

The company develops a Cash Management system that delivers precise cash ladders across the organization and supports short-term trading, FX maintenance, and collateral management.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the platform rebuild;
• Clarify and challenge requirements from the PO, BA, and users;
• Defend proposed solutions to teammates and ensure they handle various issues and exceptional scenarios;
• Provide L2/L3 support for the product being built.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field;
• 5+ Years of Java programming experience, including Java Core and multithreading;
• Experience with Kafka and/or other real-time messaging systems;
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams;
• Experience with recovery mechanisms and exception management;
• Strong analytical ability to learn independently from code and reverse engineering;
• Experience with database systems such as Postgres, MySQL, or Oracle;
• Experience with Python.
