• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications using Java.
• Developing systems that support bank accounts, term deposits, and the processes involved in opening, modifying, and servicing them.
• Designing and developing solutions based on microservices and hexagonal architectures.
• Implementing integrations between systems using REST, SOAP, and Apache Kafka.
• Working with relational databases and optimizing SQL queries and application performance.
• Ensuring the quality, testability, reliability, and security of the solutions being developed.
• Collaborating with systems and business analysts, frontend and backend developers, testers, and the Product Owner.
• Participating in code reviews, problem analysis, and performance optimization.
• Using AI tools to support the software development and testing process.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies such as daily meetings, refinement, planning, and retrospectives.

• Very good knowledge of Java 11+.
• Practical knowledge of the Spring Framework and Spring Boot 3.x.
• Experience working with JPA and Hibernate.
• Knowledge of caching solutions such as Hazelcast or Redis.
• Experience designing and developing systems based on microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of hexagonal architecture and practical use of the Domain-Driven Design (DDD) approach.
• Experience designing and implementing system integrations using REST, SOAP, and Apache Kafka.
• Very good knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL and/or Oracle.
• Knowledge of design patterns and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of mechanisms for ensuring service resilience and reliability in distributed systems.
• Practical knowledge of SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles.
• Ability to select and implement appropriate software tests.
• Experience diagnosing problems and optimizing application performance.
• Knowledge of basic CI/CD tools and processes, including Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively in day-to-day software development work.
• General knowledge of banking and the financial sector.
