• Develop software using Java and Spring;
• Create technical documentation;
• Collaborate within a Scrum team;
• Independently organize service delivery in line with project, security, and client communication requirements.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Java Developer;
• Experience in the banking sector;
• Very good knowledge of Java and Spring Framework, including Spring Boot;
• Experience with microservice architecture, including design, integrations, observability, and resilience;
• Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, including modeling, optimization, and SQL;
• Documented experience working with legacy code and modernizing or rewriting systems, including refactoring, strangler pattern, phased migrations, and regression testing;
• Systemic and critical thinking, quality focus, fast learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing;
• Knowledge of migration and modernization patterns, such as gradual domain extraction and API contracts;
• Practical experience using LLMs and AI Agents in software development, including code, test, analysis, documentation, and migration generation;
• Ability to critically evaluate AI results for correctness, security, quality, requirements compliance, and standards compliance.

• B2B contract;
• The contract lasts 12 months with the possibility of extension;
