Super Dispatch develops a next-generation platform for the auto transport industry, including Carrier TMS, Shipper TMS, SuperPay, and Super Loadboard. Its tools help carriers, shippers, and brokers improve operational efficiency, reduce paperwork, save time, and cut costs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive team metrics;
• Document, develop, refactor, deploy, and operate APIs, customer-facing components, and internal interfaces;
• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java;
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards;
• Collaborate with QA and Support teams to investigate issues, fix bugs, and identify performance bottlenecks;
• Optimize and enhance existing code and backend systems for improved performance, scalability, and reliability;
• Participate in and guide the technical design process;
• Ensure the security and integrity of data and systems through encryption, authentication, and authorization best practices;
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers;
• Stay up to date with backend development and Java technology trends and best practices.

• 6–7+ Years of experience as a Backend Engineer;
• 3+ Years of experience owning production services, including development, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support;
• Advanced English;
• Heavy hands-on experience with JPA/Hibernate ORM and plain SQL;
• Lead complex projects from a technical perspective;
• Strong expertise in Java 21;
• Proficiency with Spring Boot 3/4;
• Experience coding AI agents such as Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code;
• Experience debugging systems in production;
• Familiarity with relational databases;
• Experience with system architecture and design;
• Ability to quickly adapt to new programming frameworks and concepts;
• Flexibility to collaborate with teams and customers in US time zones;
• Nice to have: knowledge of different LLM models and AI integration approaches, hands-on experience with message brokers, experience building on GCP or AWS, experience with Python Django/FastAPI, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, mentoring or coaching more junior engineers, designing, building, and running distributed systems such as microservices in production, hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
