• Develop and maintain solutions in Java/Spring Boot;

• Design agentic architectures, including ReAct, MCP, and workflow orchestration;
• Integrate applications with LLM APIs, embeddings, and vector databases;
• Develop solutions using Spring AI / LangChain4j;
• Build multi-agent systems that support development;
• Implement AI observability and security mechanisms;
• Lead workshops and support teams in adopting AI.

• At least 5 years of IT experience, including practical knowledge of Java/Spring Boot;
• At least 1 year of experience with LLMs in a production environment;
• Experience designing agent architectures;
• Knowledge of ReAct, MCP, and agent orchestration frameworks;
• Practical knowledge of Spring AI or LangChain4j;
• Experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, and vector databases;
• Knowledge of AI observability;
• Experience with specification-driven development;
• Ability to lead technical workshops;
• Technical education in a STEM field;
• Nice to have: experience with Angular, Python, TypeScript, and enterprise LLM integrations.
