• Develop high-quality and scalable software solutions based on clients' domain requirements;
• Implement user stories in Java;
• Optimize existing code and apply Clean Code practices;
• Continuously develop and optimize automated test scenarios;
• Conduct code reviews;
• Work in pair programming sessions;
• Promote knowledge transfer within the team;
• Advance and optimize the team's Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipeline.

• Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification with several years of professional software development experience;
• Extensive expertise in developing complex applications with current Java frameworks such as Spring Boot;
• Experience with Kubernetes or Docker in a cloud environment;
• Good knowledge of containerization technologies and practices;
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab;
• Interest in agile work, high initiative, and strong motivation to continuously explore new technologies and trends;
• Practical experience using AI tools in software development and the ability to integrate them purposefully and critically into daily development work;
• Very good German skills (at least C1) and communication skills for effective interaction with the team and clients.
