• Explore customers’ business challenges and find innovative solutions;
• Design and implement Java user stories together with team members;
• Develop automated tests to ensure code quality;
• Conduct code reviews and participate in pair programming;
• Use and optimize the team’s established Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipeline.

• Hold a completed degree or comparable qualification in computer science;
• Have good experience developing applications with Java using current frameworks such as Spring Boot and tools such as Jenkins and GIT;
• Understand containerization and be interested in DevOps;
• Be interested in using AI tools in software development and integrating them purposefully and critically into daily work;
• Enjoy agile work and continuously learn about new technologies and trends;
• Have very good German skills, at least C1;
• Nice to have: experience with Kubernetes, Docker or Podman in a cloud environment.
