• Analyze clients’ business requirements and find innovative solutions;
• Design and implement user stories in Java with team members;
• Develop automated tests to ensure code quality;
• Conduct code reviews within the team;
• Participate in pair programming to improve quality and share knowledge;
• Use and optimize the team’s established Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipeline;
• Work with notable clients on socially relevant and innovative projects;
• Work in a self-organized agile team with a high level of personal responsibility.

• Degree in computer science or comparable vocational training;
• Good knowledge of developing applications with Java using current frameworks such as Spring Boot and tools such as Jenkins and Git;
• Basic understanding of containerization and interest in DevOps;
• Interest in using AI tools in software development and ability to integrate them purposefully and critically into daily development work;
• Motivation to work agile and continuously engage with new technologies and trends;
• Very good German skills, at least C1;
• Nice to have: Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or Podman in a cloud environment.
