• Implement backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, gRPC, Kafka, event-driven microservices, Azure DevOps, Argo CD, Redis, and observability tools;
• Drive delivery of ongoing projects and maintenance sprints;
• Follow established SDKs, coding standards, development practices, and architectural guidelines, and challenge them when needed;
• Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of software quality;
• Maintain focus on SOLID principles, test coverage, and clean coding practices;
• Support production releases and deployment activities;
• Develop domain and functional knowledge for effective software development;
• Coordinate with the testing and QA team during test cycles and releases;
• Investigate observability and application logs to perform root cause analysis and mitigate operational incidents;
• Collaborate with digital core communities, DevSecOps, and infrastructure teams on frameworks, processes, SDKs, and best practices;
• Improve automation, observability, and CI/CD excellence;
• Promote collaboration, teamwork, and a positive working atmosphere.

• 4-6+ Years of experience working as a Software Engineer;
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Confluent Kafka, K Streams, Docker, Kubernetes, Argo CD, Azure, AWS, Azure DevOps, and Keycloak OIDC;
• University degree in computer science or equivalent education;
• Business fluency in written and spoken English;
• Effective cross-cultural communication with an international team;
• Result-oriented and collaborative working mindset;
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as SCRUM and Kanban;
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence;
• Nice to have: JavaScript frameworks, document processing domain knowledge, TypeScript, React, Material-UI, Redux, NGINX.
