• Design and develop scalable, well-documented backend solutions meeting high volume and low-latency standards;
• Deliver high-availability systems for video and interactive teams;
• Continuously develop the server platform;
• Translate roadmap priorities into concrete deliverables;
• Work on custom projects and implementations for major customers;
• Shape new platform features;
• Launch scalable features for the interactive live streaming platform;
• Tune performance and create high-quality concurrent code for peak loads.

• More than 5 years of experience as a backend developer;
• Experience building scalable, high-performance systems;
• Strong reliability and low-latency performance focus;
• Ownership of translating roadmap priorities into robust server-side solutions and platform features;
• Strong focus on performance tuning, concurrency, and system stability under high traffic and peak load conditions;
• Hands-on experience with Java 21, Spring Boot, and MongoDB;
• Nice to have: AWS, Redis, CircleCI.

• Annual base salary between € 65.000 and € 80.000 gross, including holiday allowance, based on a 40 hour work week;
