The project is building a data-driven ecosystem for claims and benefits handling, based on automation, AI, and workflow processes. It aims to set new standards for customer service in the Polish insurance market and support the development of modern technology in the insurance industry.

Build and develop microservice-architecture systems supporting claims reporting and handling
Design, implement, and maintain APIs and integrations between systems
Contribute to system design and implement functional and non-functional requirements
Improve business processes by delivering efficient and scalable software solutions
Ensure software quality by developing automated tests, following engineering best practices, and maintaining code quality
Use AI tools and Agentic AI throughout software development, including requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and solution maintenance
Perform and participate in code reviews using modern tools that support code quality and security
Participate in Scrum events and collaborate within a multidisciplinary agile team
Co-create software development standards and use AI in the software development process
Collaborate daily with a team focused on knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality solutions for large-scale, high-transaction-volume systems
требования
Approximately 5 years of Java experience
Approximately 3 years of Kafka experience
Good knowledge of Spring/Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud
Good knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of software quality practices and unit-testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, and Spock, and integration-testing tools such as Testcontainers and WireMock
Knowledge of Functional Programming and Object-Oriented Programming paradigms
Knowledge of application containerization
Knowledge of process engines and BPMN notation
Knowledge of resilience patterns and mechanisms for distributed systems
Ability to adopt AI tools in software development
Knowledge of performance diagnostics tools for implemented solutions
Будет плюсом: Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and practical experience applying it, experience with AI agents and Agentic AI tools in software development, cloud solutions experience, Angular and frontend application development experience, insurance industry experience

Compensation: up to 1000-1200 PLN net/day, depending on experience and skills; employment contract (UOP) is also available if interested
