• Design, develop, and maintain billing applications and features, including invoice generation systems, using Java 25
• Architect and manage highly concurrent, multithreaded application logic to ensure memory efficiency and system stability
• Own infrastructure tasks and ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and well-maintained
• Use and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases, including Bigtable
• Design and maintain API integrations using standards such as Swagger/OpenAPI
• Implement and manage solutions in cloud environments, preferably GCP

• 5+ Years of professional experience in backend development
• Strong command of Java
• Experience with AI coding tools and willingness to further drive AI adoption in the development process
• Ability to break down complex problems, clarify requirements with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and design clean, well-architected solutions
• Proven experience in async environments and multithreaded application logic
• Experience taking ownership of infrastructure and ensuring system scalability and reliability
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and identify root causes
• Clear communication and effective teamwork
• Experience with Git, continuous deployment pipelines such as GitLab, and agile practices including monthly scope planning and regular code reviews
