• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade cloud-native applications using Java and Spring Boot;
• Build scalable microservices and APIs following cloud-native architecture principles;
• Implement high-quality, maintainable, and secure code using modern engineering practices;
• Participate in application modernization initiatives, including migration and refactoring efforts;
• Use GitHub Copilot, AI coding assistants, and agentic development tools to improve productivity and software quality;
• Review, validate, and refine AI-generated code to ensure production readiness;
• Use AI-assisted testing, debugging, documentation, and code review capabilities;
• Contribute to reusable prompts, engineering standards, and AI-enabled delivery practices;
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, event-driven integrations, and distributed system components;
• Work with messaging and streaming platforms such as Kafka or equivalent technologies;
• Apply design patterns and architectural best practices to create resilient and scalable solutions;
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to deliver solution designs aligned with business requirements;
• Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests;
• Perform code reviews focused on quality, security, performance, and maintainability;
• Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting capabilities;
• Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and operational requirements;
• Build and deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines;
• Work within Azure or other public cloud environments;
• Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology/Systems, or a related field;
• 3 To 6 years of related work experience;
• Experience implementing software following agile methodologies;
• Experience with service-oriented environments and the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring, and Spring MVC;
• Experience implementing cloud-native microservices;
• Knowledge of source code management, continuous integration, and automated deployment;
• Knowledge of application security, including authentication, authorization, and encryption;
• Very good knowledge of SQL and DBMS;
• Knowledge of clean code and unit testing;
• Strong communication skills;
• Excellent English verbal and written communication;
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot or equivalent platforms;
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code and identify functional, architectural, security, and performance issues;
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-native development workflows;
• Experience incorporating agentic AI into engineering practices and team delivery processes;
• Experience working on international projects;
• Ability to lead and coach other developers;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills;
• Self-driven and flexible, with the ability to work autonomously and a proven work ethic;
• Ability to leverage AI to improve engineering productivity without compromising standards;
