• Analyze, contribute to the design, and develop the back end of cloud-native web applications and APIs;
• Ensure accurate project development against business requirements;
• Help define and disseminate software development best practices and continuous integration practices;
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable components;
• Support positive team dynamics by helping team members grow professionally in an open, creative, and healthy working environment.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• Experience with back-end development using Java, Spring, SpringBoot, Spring Batch, Apache Camel, and Jasper Reports;
• Experience with API and cloud technologies and tools, including APIGEE, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and scalability;
• Experience with middleware tools, including IBM MQ, CFT, and Apache Kafka;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools, including Scrum, Kanban, Shift Left, TDD, BDD, DevSecOps, and CI/CD;
• Proficient in English, spoken and written;
• Nice to have: French language skills.

• Hybrid work consists of 50% remote and 50% on-site.
