• Develop and maintain high-load microservices and backend solutions;
• Design and evolve system architecture in accordance with DDD principles and a microservices approach;
• Develop and optimize data processing solutions to ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability;
• Conduct code, requirements, and technical solution reviews, including impact analysis and risk assessment;
• Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure the quality and security of software solutions;
• Ensure system availability and reliability in line with SRE principles;
• Contribute to the development of architectural and engineering standards.

• 3+ Years of Java development experience with Java 11, 17, and 21;
• Knowledge of data structures, including Java standard library collections, and system design principles;
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, Redis, and ClickHouse;
• Experience with Kafka;
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with microservices architecture;
• Experience with infrastructure tools, including Docker and CI/CD;
• Experience reviewing requirements, technical specifications, code, and changes, including impact analysis and risk assessment;
• Experience with and understanding of automated testing at different levels;
• Knowledge of information security and cybersecurity best practices, including Spring Security;
• English at Intermediate+ level or above;
• Nice to have: knowledge of algorithms and data structures, experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure, experience with Kubernetes, understanding of SRE goals and practices related to system availability and reliability, experience designing systems in accordance with DDD standards.
