The role is available for candidates based in Poland, Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Spain.
The company develops a Cash Management system that provides cash ladders for organizational teams. The platform facilitates order raising for the Short Term Desk and serves as the official source for cash ladders, supporting short-term trading, FX maintenance, and collateral management.
задачи
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the platform rebuild;
Clarify and challenge requirements provided by PO/BA and users;
Defend technical proposals to teammates to ensure solutions handle various types of issues and exceptional scenarios;
Provide L2/L3 support for the product being built.
требования
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar;
6+ Years of experience in Java programming (Java Core + multithreading);
Experience with Kafka and/or other real-time messaging systems;
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams;
Experience with recovery mechanisms and exception management;
Strong analytical ability to learn independently from code and reverse engineering;
Experience with database systems such as Postgres, MySql, or Oracle;
Experience with Python;
Nice to have: Experience in financial systems or cash management domains.
