Java Developer

Softnetix develops solutions in sports analytics, gambling, and esports.

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java or Kotlin;
• Collaborate with the team to expand and strengthen technical capabilities;
• Participate in project development and technical growth initiatives.

• 1+ Year of experience in Backend development with Java or Kotlin;
• Experience with one of the frameworks: Ktor, Spring, Quarkus, Axon Framework, Akka, Micronaut, Play Framework;
• Understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns;
• Experience using Gradle or Maven;
• Experience with Git or Mercurial;
• Basic knowledge of Docker and Linux command line;
• Nice to have: Experience with NoSQL databases (Redis, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, ClickHouse), Apache Kafka, GraphQL, container orchestrators (Docker Swarm, Kubernetes), writing tests using Kotest, Mockk, Testcontainers, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, DDD principles, and the Event Sourcing pattern.
