The Digital Hub unit functions as a startup-cultured team within this corporation, focusing on the development of specialized Smart Engineering Tools for product selection and simulation in industrial automation.

• Design technical solutions by translating business needs into effective software blueprints;
• Develop a deep understanding of the pneumatic automation product portfolio and its factory automation applications;
• Write, test, and maintain backend code in Java, ensuring robust and scalable solutions for product selection and simulation;
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance;
• Support and collaborate with an agile team;
• Coordinate and align requirements with business units and internal stakeholders.

• Degree in Information Technology;
• Practical experience coding backends with Java and Spring Boot;
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills;
• Independent and structured way of working, with holistic thinking;
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Spanish language skills, project experience with modern frontend frameworks.
