- Experience in change and transformation delivery, including large-scale platform modernization and legacy system decommissioning;
- Strong business acumen and ability to align technology delivery with business priorities;
- Proficiency in Core Java for enterprise applications;
- Practical experience with the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Data (JPA/Hibernate);
- Nice to have: Kafka, event-driven or messaging-based architectures, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitLab.
