Gracia develops photorealistic volumetric video technology based on Gaussian Splatting and 4DGS. The company builds infrastructure for producing and distributing dynamic 3D scenes that allow users to navigate within captured footage in real time. The technology serves various sectors, including XR education, sports broadcasting, virtual production, and entertainment.

• Design and develop new backend features, including REST APIs and core business logic;
• Integrate the platform with third-party services such as payment providers, analytics systems, and marketing tools;
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to support data-driven decision making, experimentation, and A/B testing;
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize service performance and reliability using Grafana and Prometheus;
• Contribute to the improvement of CI/CD processes and cloud-native infrastructure running on Kubernetes.

• 3+ Years of professional experience in backend development with Java;
• Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and proactive problem-solving skills;
• English B1 or higher;
• Solid experience with Java 11+ and Spring Boot (Web, Security, Data JPA);
• Experience with PostgreSQL, including SQL, JPA/Hibernate, transactions, and JSONB;
• Proficiency in REST APIs, OpenAPI, JWT, and OAuth2;
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (preferably AWS EKS);
• Experience with AWS services such as S3 and CloudFront;
• Experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems;
• Experience with Maven, JUnit, Testcontainers, and modern testing practices;
• Nice to have: Experience with MapStruct and Liquibase, experience integrating payment providers and payment processing systems, experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
