Java backend developer in IAM

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Management, or a similar field;
• Solid experience in Java development, preferably with Spring Boot;
• Advanced experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable microservices;
• Solid knowledge of software architecture, architectural patterns and development best practices;
• Experience defining and implementing code standards and application security practices;
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including designing realms in Keycloak and integration/federation with Okta;
• Advanced knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols, namely OpenID Connect (OIDC);
• Ability to define IAM strategies and architectures, ensuring security and integration between systems;
• Experience analyzing and resolving performance, scalability and security vulnerability issues;
• Experience implementing code review processes and defining code quality criteria, using tools such as SonarQube and Snyk;
• Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with Product Owners, architects and other stakeholders;
• Experience mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior and intermediate developers;
• Experience preparing technical documentation, including Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and runbooks;
• Fluency in English.

• Salary range: between €29,000 and €33,000 gross per year (depending on experience) + salary benefits
